We are physically located in Houston, TX however we gladly ship internationally. 

*How do I place an order?

You can place an order by adding any item to your cart that you'd want made similar. For instance, if you would like a LETTER "A" cake topper for 49.00 then you would place the order using any 49.00 cake topper listing and in the "Add note to order" section, let us know which letter, font and crystal color you would like. If you would like the 3 initial cake topper for 85.00, you'd place the order using the 85.00 cake topper listing and include your specifics in the note section. 

*What type of events do you make cake toppers for?

We specialize in ANY event that would warrant a celebration. Because weddings are our most popular events, we have many wedding photos however we make cake toppers for baby and bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, quinceanera, and graduation. We can make your cake topper as simple or as extravagant as you'd like.

*What size are the cake toppers? 

Our cake toppers are default standard size. 5 to 6 inches in height and width. If you'd like a smaller cake topper, please include this in your order by clicking "Add note to order" .

*How far in advance should I place my order?  

CAKE TOPPERS: Our toppers are 100% handmade and are custom made to order. This allows each customer the opportunity to order the cake topper that is right for their event. It will take up to 6 weeks to complete your order. We recommend placing at least 8 weeks prior to your event to ensure your deadline is met. The good thing about cake toppers is its something that can be crossed off your list early as long as you are clear on what you'd like to have. 

BOUQUET CUFFS: This is another item that could be ordered at your convenience. Production is usually 1-3 weeks so please ensure it is ordered 4-5 weeks in advance. 

*Can I place a rush order?

In many cases, we would gladly accept a rush order. If your event is within 3 weeks, please contact us prior to placing the order and we will create a custom expedited order in our system for you. As mentioned previously, we rarely have items that are ready to ship so some flexibility is needed. We will gladly let you know if we can expedite your order so please do not hesitate to contact us. 

*Why does it take so long to receive my cake topper?

We pride ourselves on giving everyone exactly what they want. The custom nature of our products require the letter(s) to be cut and prepared for crystal application. Each crystal is individually placed to ensure perfection and we must also allow time for drying. The order is then prepared for shipment and on its way to you. Please keep in mind that we service customers internationally so shipping time may vary however rest assured we work diligently to ensure all orders are received prior to date of event. 

*How can I make changes to my order?

 Due to the custom nature of each order, changes are limited once production has began. If you would like to make a change, please do so within 48 hours of placing your order. Click HERE to contact us now. 

*What is the refund and exchange policy? 

Of course we want all clients happy with their products therefore we work closely with you to ensure you are happy with your order prior to it leaving us. Due to the custom nature of our items, no returns are accepted however rest assured if there is a mistake or the item is damaged during transit, we will replace or refund. 

*Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship all over the world via USPS Priority International that includes tracking and insurance up to 100.00. 

*How much do the cake toppers weigh?

The weight of your cake topper would depend on the height and design chosen. Each cake topper usually ranges from 2-8 oz. We use quality yet lightweight material as cake is pretty delicate so we want to ensure the topper can look beautiful without causing potential damage.
